On Tuesday, May 28, 2013, at 7:00 pm, at the Torres Bodet Auditorium of the National Museum of Anthropology, the Program of the World Forum of Mexican Gastronomy will be announced. Lectures, workshops, traditional cooks of the states, exhibition of gastronomic products of our land, culinary aspects of other countries from inputs originating in ancient Mesoamerica, are some of the aspects of what will be in the most important international claim of the Traditional Mexican Cuisine, after the declaration of UNESCO on the subject.
The World Forum of Mexican Gastronomy will take place in Acapulco, Guerrero, Mexico, from October 9 to 13 of this year.
